California - The Dothraki language is simply a fictitious language that appears in the Game of Thrones series. But the language used by the horse knight is actually included in the curriculum of a world's top universities, namely UC Berkeley in the United States.
Quoted from The Independent, Friday (4/28/2017), the university is located in California has just announced it on its official website last week.
The Dothraki language will be taught in a course titled "Linguistics in Game of Thrones, and the Art of Creating Languages".
The course will teach you how the language is created, while helping students experience new language exposure.
The six-week summer course will be taught directly by the language creator in the Game of Thrones series, David J Peterson. He is an Graduates of this university, who received a master's degree in linguistics in 2005.
Indeed, it is not surprising that Dothraki language is taught high school curriculum. Because the process of this language can be spelled out not kidding. One of the parameters, Peterson compose the vocabulary in this language which now has reached 3 thousand words. Not only that, he also created the grammar and pronunciation of this language.
In addition to Dothraki's portrayal of George RR Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire novel which became the basis of the Game of Thrones series, Peterson was inspired by Russian, Estonian, Turkish, and Swahili.

In addition to the Dothraki language, David J Peterson also created the Valyria language, which the nobles used in Essos and Westeros in the Game of Thrones. [i6]
